<p>【トモ三角・マルシンの特徴】</p>
<div>トモ三角は、シンタマ一部。ブーメランのような三角形の形をしています。モモの中ではもっともサシが入っていますが、一件はしつこく見えますが、しつこくなくスマートな味です。サクッと歯切れがよく、歯ごたえはあるが、柔らかい部分です。コクがあり、しっかり赤身の持つ味を引き出せる部分です。</div>
<div>マルシンは、シンタマ一部。フットボールのような形をしています。モモの中のヒレと言われるくらいしっとりと柔らかく旨味溢れる部位で、火を入れることで赤身らしい感触になる部分です。中に1本筋がありますが、まったく気にしないで使えます。上品に味わいで、脂もしつこく肉食べやすく、どんな料理にも合います。</div>
