厳選したA4-A5ランク近江牛の雌牛のみを使用した「澤井姫和牛」
融点が低くさらりとあっさりした脂の旨味、甘味が段違いに感じられます。
通常の切り落としよりも赤身の多い部位を中心に加工した商品になります。

冷凍されたお肉を冷蔵庫に移してゆっくり解凍(時間の目安は約4〜8時間)していただくと旨味成分(ドリップ)の流出を最小限に抑え、品質を保つことができますのです、よりおいしく召し上がっていただけます。

Using equipment that has undergone ritual cleansing under the supervision of an imam from the Islamic Center,
every step from slaughter to processing is handled safely in accordance with Islamic law (Halal) standards.
“Sawai Hime Wagyu” is made exclusively from carefully selected A4–A5 grade Omi beef heifers.
With a low melting point, the fat offers a light, smooth texture and a distinct umami and sweetness that are in a league of their own.
This product is processed primarily from cuts with a higher lean-to-fat ratio than typical trimmings.
