【解凍について】
冷凍されたお肉を冷蔵庫に移してゆっくり解凍(時間の目安は約半日(12～15時間)し、調理30分程前に冷蔵庫から出し、常温に戻して調理するとよりおいしく召し上がっていただけます。

[Thawing Instructions]
Transfer the frozen meat to the refrigerator and thaw slowly (approximately half a day, or 12–15 hours). For best results, remove it from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking and allow it to come to room temperature before preparing.
